As far as it is possible to find out from the media materials available on YouTube, the head of the PES endlessly denies the undeniable, even facts that are fixed by his own decisions and are available. It is ridiculous to underestimate a media outlet that has secured its unique place in the media field. As far as the possible lawsuit of the PSU to the court is concerned, I think it is the right decision, which will be followed at least by my counter-suit, and yes, not only regarding the study of "Armenia" B/C and regardless of the names being manipulated in the judicial departments.

It is worth reminding the head of the PES that this is not the first and only case of presenting incorrect information to the public. If an impartial official investigation was carried out within the time limits and procedures set by the law, then at least the officials who violated the Law on 19.11.2020 would be fined. The procedure for carrying out PES studies approved by Order No. 132-L (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and the guidelines for the preparation of references were violated by:
