Witnesses told Zhoghovurd that the former RA Chief of Police Aram Hovhannisyan was also present at birth. The current guests noticed how the CP members approached and greeted with the former police chief. It was also noticeable that the brother of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan was hugged with Hovhannisyan.
Judging by the fact that Hovhannisyan has not been left in the United States and has been warmly received, it is possible that it is not ruled out that the former RA Chief of Police shall say, as there are often free places in Pashinyan's government.
