The concept of Western Armenia is not a product of strategic thought, it has never been a state policy and has never been politically instrumentalized, unlike the second one, which was created precisely as a non-military tool for waging war, a means of achieving military goals by non-military means.
The juxtaposition of the two concepts intentionally valorizes and validates the second and devalues the first as a unique collective historical memory, an important attribute of emotional, cultural, identity for the self-preservation of the species.
