Actors who are constantly spewing words of support and support for Armenia and the Armenian authorities, if they are sincere in their approach, should take steps to defuse the new escalation that is "cooking" in Azerbaijan.

How could it not be a surprise when the entire Pashinyan administration has constantly sacrificed Armenian interests in the past years, and now it is the same: it is preparing the society for new concessions, and Aliyev does not appreciate their readiness.
Azerbaijan is clearly "warming up its muscles", and the Pashinyan government has directed all its resources to counter-propaganda against the opposition and to serve its internal agenda.
