This time we studied the declarations of the judge of the CC Vladimir Vardanyan, presenting how his real estate, income, funds and credit obligations have changed over the years.
Vladimir Vardanyan served as a member of the National Assembly from 2021 to March 2026, representing the "Civil Contract" faction and heading the National Assembly's Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs. According to the official data of the National Assembly, his parliamentary powers ended on March 26, 2026, and on March 25, 2026, Vardanyan was elected a judge of the Constitutional Court with 67 votes in favor.

In 2023, the total income declared by Vardanyan was 14 million 256 thousand 581.8 drams. Of that, 11 million 985 thousand 143 drams were the salary received from the National Assembly staff and payments equal to it, 2 million 69 thousand 90 drams were other income received from the RA Ministry of Finance, and the income received from the Venice Commission was 480 euros.

At the same time, the 2025 declaration states that Vardanyan actually owned a 2022 Volkswagen car for 90 or more days during the year, which was not registered under his name.
