The train carrying the leader of North Korea Kim Non-nor stopped "near Beijing central station," Yonhap reports.
"The train arrived near the Beijing Central Railway Station at 5:00 on Korea," the statement said.
"Korea's Voice" radio station said that the train would not have crossed the China border.
Earlier, the DPRK Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed that the China leader left for China on a special train to participate in the 80th anniversary of the victory in the war of the people of China.
