The Russian media reported that the head of the Azerbaijani Diaspora Shahin Shiklinks was arrested in Moscow and moved to Yekaterinburg.
Shikhansky is taking part in investigative actions of one of the previous criminal cases. His status is unknown, the media reports.
Shahin Shiklinsky has been wanted in late July. It is not mentioned that Shiqhlinsky is wanted in which article.
Earlier, Shihyklinsky's son Mutvala was arrested for two months in the case of "violence against the authority of the government."
