During the inspection carried out by the inspectors of the Yerevan Center of the Food Safety Inspection Authority at the dairy factory belonging to the individual entrepreneur Susanna Tadevosyan Karl-Libknecht (Yervand Otyan Street, Yerevan), it was found that a number of sanitary and hygienic requirements were violated, namely:
- the production building, where the curd cheese was packed, was not equipped with natural and mechanical ventilation, bathrooms, sinks for washing hands,
- the floor surface was not made of waterproof, washable materials,
- the wall surfaces were not made of waterproof, washable materials,
- the ceiling has not been prepared in such a way as to prevent the accumulation of dirt, the formation of mold and the possibility of falling particles,
- the doors were not made of non-absorbent materials,
- there were no sewage systems,
- the catering facility was not equipped with a dressing room for the staff.
By the decision of the head of the inspection body, the production activity of the dairy factory was suspended.
A deadline has been set to eliminate the violations.
