The adoption of the project is conditioned by the need to improve the "Test Beekeeping Development Program" and the need to clarify some provisions included in the program. According to the program, the beneficiary and beekeepers (along with the sinners) should have the status of a sole proprietor or legal person, while the latter do not have a "acting" status, so it is necessary to clarify that provision. The program only prescribes the number of circles in beekeeping, but to acquire a viable bee, it is necessary to set their characteristics (bilateral blamed, eggs, larvae or bride, mother bee age).
The current policy in the field of beekeeping is aimed at the formation of new beeses, the expansion of the existing beeses, increasing the efficiency of the branch and the full use of existing virtual potential. For this purpose, the government is compensated by the beneficiaries of the guardianships. The monitoring process will be clarified.
