Those who know Gagik Sargsyan know him as an exceptionally honest person, and I am sure that if he had really committed that "crime", he would have declared with an open face, "I did it, I did it well".
But, that was all that was missing for some stupid Melkonyan, he would take such a step. Don't ask "who is that?"
