Germany fears that Russia will attack NATO in 2029

In an interview with the Süddeutsche Zeitung, the Inspector General of the German Armed Forces, Carsten Breuer, claimed that Russia could attack NATO in 2029 or earlier.

"Different indicators - rearmament, accumulation of personnel, economic and political developments - all converge around one point - the year 2029. Can it happen earlier? Yes!" Breuer noted.

According to him, "the problem is in Moscow and nowhere else".
