UEFA fined FFA 37,500 euros. The president is still not responding

The supervisory, ethical and disciplinary body of UEFA fined the Football Federation of Armenia.

From the official UEFA website: Updates | UEFA.com has learned that the Supervisory, Ethical and Disciplinary Body has decided to fine the FFA 20,000 euros and order the partial closure of the Football Federation of Armenia stadium (ie the adjacent 500 seats in the south and south-east stands) during the next UEFA competition match. The said partial closure of the stadium is suspended for a two-year trial period.

The reason was the actions of the FAF during the match against the Faroe Islands, which were accompanied by the explosions of light and sound firecrackers. It distracted both the football players and the fans from the game.

In addition, according to the decision of the UEFA disciplinary body, the Football Federation of Armenia will also be fined 17,500 euros for sending an inappropriate message at the sports event.

Let's remind that, within the framework of the fifth round of the UEFA Nations League, on November 14, the national team of Armenia hosted the national team of the Faroe Islands at the "Republic" stadium named after Vazgen Sargsyan in Yerevan.
