Iraqi Shiite groups have entered Syria

The fighters of the Iraqi Shiite formations have entered the territory of neighboring Syria to provide support to the government troops after the terrorist attacks on the provinces of Aleppo and Idlib, reports the Al Arabiya TV channel.

"Pro-Iranian Shiite groups invaded from Iraq to help Syrian troops in the fight against terrorists," the TV channel quoted an anonymous representative of the Syrian army as saying.

According to the source of the TV channel, dozens of Iraqi Shiite fighters of the "Popular Mobilization" and "Kataib Hezbollah", as well as fighters of the "Fatemiyoun" movement, crossed the border near the city of Abu Kamal and are moving to the north of Syria and the city of Hama.
