The Supreme Leader of Iran, Mojtaba Khamenei, has issued an urgent order to the country's armed forces, his office reported.
Khamenei ordered an immediate response to any threat "without geographical limitations."
He instructed commanders to bring all targets belonging to the United States and Israel within strike range.
Khamenei warned that if Iran is attacked again, Iran will unilaterally decide when and under what conditions military operations will end.
The commanders reported a several-fold increase in the production of weapons and ammunition.
