Greenland's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Vivian Motzfeldt, expressed hope on February 3 that the Arctic island will come to a common denominator with the United States, which will respect its red lines, Reuters reported.
"We strive for a diplomatic solution through negotiations. I am hopeful and optimistic that we will find a common solution that respects our red lines," Motzfeldt said at a conference on the Arctic in Tromsø, Norway.
