American journalist Taks Karlson called Vladimir Putin a modern modern leader in a conversation with political commentator Michael Nosles.
"Listen, I will not move to Russia, but I want to say that Putin was the most effective leader I have ever seen. I can't think about a more effective leader, "the host said.
Carlson believes that Russia has become better during Putin's time, and his people have begun to live happier.
