British troops can be deployed after a possible peace agreement in Ukraine, as large military planning is already being implemented, the Deputy Minister of Defense Luke Polard stated.
"Many military planning is being implemented. We are now in stock when we can deploy troops if peace will be established, "he told Mirror newspaper.
Polard also noted the leading role of the United Kingdom in the "volunteer coalition", which provides military-technical assistance to Ukraine and the current reforms of the British Armed Forces.
Military reforms in the country have been developing significantly in the United Kingdom in the UK, as a result of which the defense expenses have significantly increased and the position of the Commissioner for Armed Forces was established in front of the parliament.
The Russian Foreign Ministry has stated that any scenario from NATO member states is categorically unacceptable for Russia and is fraught with sharp escalation.
In the past, the ministry in the United Kingdom and other European countries calls on the possibility of deploying military operations from the member states of the Alliance.
