Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has stated that the leaders of his country's Foreign Ministry and National Intelligence Service are in constant contact with the other parties as part of the settlement of the conflict in Ukraine.
"US President Donald Trump met with the Ukrainian-Russian conflict parties, Russian President Vladimir Putin, Vladimir Zelenki and European leaders," Erdogan told reporters after returning from China.
- These meetings are reasonable, acceptable and present a valuable strategy. Only a peaceful dialogue can end the Ukraine-Russian conflict. We also met with the parties to the Ukraine-Russian conflict, and we communicated with Mr. Trump on this issue.
"We are in constant contact with Mr. Putin, Mr. Zelensky and European leaders. The Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Turkish intelligence leader hold the necessary meetings with their partners. These meetings are constantly accelerating this process, "Erdogan said.
