The countries of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) have made practical cooperation in the fight against drug trafficking. This is stated in the text of the final declaration of the summit in the Tyeanis.
"Member States support the further deepening of practical cooperation in the fight against drug trafficking, including the use of crimes and new psychoactive materials using information and communication technologies," the statement said.
It is noted that the SCO countries will continue to coordinate the relevant issues "in the UN bodies and other international organizations and structures."
The SCC member states also supported the regular implementation of the "Web" drug anti-trafficking campaign and other measures for other drugs. They expressed joint efforts to reduce drug demand.
