US President Donald Trump has said that all customs duties on imports from other countries will remain in force, despite the decision of the Court of Appeals, that many of these customs duties are illegal.
"All customs duties are still in force," the American leader wrote in Truth Social.
"Today, a very biased appellate court mistakenly decided that our customs duties should be eliminated, but the judges understand that the United States will win.
If these customs duties have ever been eliminated, it will be a disaster for our country. It will weaken us financially, and we must be strong, "he said."
Trump assured that "the United States will no longer tolerate huge commercial deficits and unfair tariff and non-tariff trade barriers from other countries, whether they are friends or an enemy."
