The secret of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) is the secret of attractiveness in the philosophy of its unsteady devotion and equal cooperation, Russian President Vladimir Putin stated.
Before visiting China, the Russian leader said that in recent years, the SCO has developed a strong legal framework and to create mechanisms that contribute to effective cooperation in the fields of policy, security, trade and investment, as well as cultural and humanitarian relations.
