At the same time, it is proposed to provide a provision on the "Administrative Offenses" Code, according to which of the granted electric motorized by Article 64 of the 64th Code, a fine of 20% of the declared value will be fined. The mentioned approach, according to the Ministry of Economy, allows a fair balance between all persons, defining responsibility for each person.
