Turkey's heavens are closed to Israel, except for civil flights

Turkey's sky is closed to all weapons and Israeli officials, but Israeli airlines can use Turkey's heaven for transit flights, Ankara's diplomatic source told RIA Novosti.

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan announced on Friday that Turkey has closed its doors to Israel for ships and aircraft transporting weapons and ammunition.

Some media outlets commented on Fidan's full closure of the Turkish sky for Israel. According to the agency's source, Turkey's sky is open to transit flights to Israeli airlines.
