The President of France has signed a decree to convene a special session of the parliament on September 8 in connection with the government's trust, the official magazine of the republic, which was published on Thursday.
"The President of the Republic on the basis of the Prime Minister's report, given Articles 29, 30 and 49 of the Constitution, confirms: The parliament is invited to the extraordinary session on September 8, 2025, on Monday, "the document said.
It is noted that the agenda of the sitting will be the Prime Minister Francois Byru Declaration on General Policy. After the Prime Minister's speech, the deputies will hold a vote on the government's trust.
