Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has ordered the strengthening of security in all his diplomatic missions in Washington after the murder of two Israeli diplomats in Washington.
"I have instructed, strengthen security measures in Israeli missions around the world, as well as the security of the state's representatives," said the Prime Minister.
Speaking about what happened in the American capital, he said that the tragedy is the result of another manifestation of anti-Semitism against Israel.
"We are witnessing the horrible price of anti-Semitism against the state of Israel. Bloody slanders against Israel shed blood and have to fight to the end. My heart hurts for the families and loved ones of a young man and a woman, whose lives have shortened the vile anti-Semitic killer, "Netanyahu said.
According to the Prime Minister's Office, Netanyahu spoke with Israeli Ambassador to the United States Yechel Leacts and US Prosecutor General Pam Bondi, who expressed all the details known about what happened at the moment.
