Today, on June 27, an accident took place in Yerevan. Around 19:00, a "Mazda" car ran over a cyclist on Yeghvard highway, in front of "Armenia" TV station.
As photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan reports, the driver did not run away, he helped to transport the victim to the hospital in a civilian car.
According to the fact of the incident, criminal proceedings were initiated in the investigative department. The driver underwent a sobriety test, he was sober. The investigative department is finding out the identity of the driver and the injured.
According to the information of the photojournalist, the victim is the grandson of the former head of the RA police, colonel-general Vladimir Gasparyan.
