It should be noted that the local elections, no matter how proportional systems are held in our country, in fact, they are in the majoritarian logic.
Most people mean a concrete candidate when making a choice. In other words, the factor of "individual votes" of specific numbers must always have a concrete number of specific numbers. Let's add to this administrative resources, and the situation will be clearer.
In other words, if in Parakar and 36 percent of the "received" 32 and 36 percent of the CPFs, we have the impact of "administrative resources" as a result of 15-20 percent, then it will be 7-10% real "rating".
Moreover, when the CP will lose power (and it will inevitably be inevitably) and continue to participate in the country's political life, they can only dream of those 7-10%. Let's remember that in 2016 the CPA received 638 votes in the Gyumri Council of Elders elections in 2016, ie about 1.4 percent.
By the way, the head of the CPF, seeing that he was obviously defeated, and congratulated the elections on the elections and then tried to attribute it to the free, fair, "citizen's choice for us."
By the way, this was expected, and in the coming days, this topic is more rapidly manipulated. There is a lot to say in this regard, but only a few.
First of all, the leader of "fair choice" and such things spoke about the administrative resources these days, against opposition candidates, and disrupts of the normal election campaigns, against the opposition candidates, and so on.
Even on the voting day, the Pashinyan authorities arrested a supporter of 70-80 grandmothers and ... They were "detained" in Yerevan. This characterizes the essence of the Pashinyan regime so much that it is not worth commenting.

It just has to prove that, at the same time, the result was not in favor of the CPA, which confirms our above-mentioned monitoring about the real rating of the Pashinyan party.
And the last one. Prior to the election, there was a lot of talk that they could be a stimulus or a starting point in the country. Well, the people said his speech by voting, and that word is not in favor of the CP and Pashinyan.
