Turning the army into a so-called rank-and-file institution, moreover, assigning it a secondary role (according to Nikol, the hero of our country is the taxpayer), shows that new processes against the army are coming soon.
Above all, the government drastically reduces the role of the army, so that in the future, any encroachment against that structure does not lead to a heavy reaction in terms of public perception.
The army in its entirety is indeed sacred, because the blood of many martyrs is at the basis of its formation, and the mission it bears is in no way comparable to the significance of all other institutions and structures."
