Within the framework of this amount, 20 employees should be trained under the "International Relations and Diplomacy" program, up to 120 employees under the "Training of employees of the foreign relations departments of diplomats and state bodies", "Consular activities" programs, as well as training of foreign diplomats and other programs. Also, the verification of the knowledge obtained by these persons should be organized.
Probably, the diplomats will be introduced to the pro-Turkish and pro-Azerbaijani political nuances so that they can work within the framework of the foreign policy doctrine developed by Pashinyan.
