RA NA MP Kristine Vardanyan writes:
"Dear compatriots, esteemed partners of the mass media, together with colleagues Anna Grigoryan, Gegham Manukyan and Artur Khachatryan, we filed a lawsuit against the government and the Foreign Ministry, demanding that the 2024 appointment of the RA Foreign Minister be considered illegal. the letter of March 14, by which we were forbidden to get acquainted with the exchanged drafts of the contract under discussion with Azerbaijan.
The court, presided over by Judge Robert Makeyan, made a decision to accept the lawsuit.
The date of the preliminary court session was also set, which will take place on January 14, 2025. We will be consistent in canceling this arbitrary decision and restoring our right to access the most important document for the public."
