On September 13, an emergency occurred in Kotayk marz. Around 23:50, an alarm was received from the "St. Grigor Lusavorich" medical center to the Garni Department of the Community Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia and informed that 2 citizens were taken to them with various degrees of physical injuries as a result of the beating.

Community police found out that they are 27-year-old Ashot A. and 24-year-old Yerjanik A., residents of Geghadir settlement of Kotayk region.
The Garnu community police found out that on the same day, around 11:00 p.m., an argument took place in the Geghadir settlement over the issue of car repair between those who were taken to the hospital and their fellow villagers Tigran G., 20, Mher G., 27, Mayis M., 36, and Faramaz G., 48, during which the latter fought with their hands, feet, and then in the building. they hit Ashot and Yerjanik A. with various tools.
The incident took place on the 4th street of Geghadir settlement. Regarding the incident, documents were prepared in the Garni department of the police, which were transferred to the Abovyan investigative department of the Kotayk Marz Investigation Department of the RA Investigative Committee. As a result of the explanatory work of the police, the mentioned persons presented themselves to the Garni police department, from where they were presented to the Abovyan investigation department.
Ashot and Yerjanik A., who were taken to the hospital, are relatives, Tigran and Faramaz G., among those detained, are relatives of the administrative head of the Geghadir settlement of the enlarged Garni community, and Faramaz G. works in the Garni community hall. Some time after this incident, documents were drawn up at the Garni police department for theft of personal property, because Ashot A. told the police that he noticed in the Geghadir settlement that there were a few thousand drams left in his car out of about 300 thousand drams. He told the police that when he was taken to the "St. Grigor Lusavorich" medical center, he parked his "Mercedes" car in the reception area of the hospital, then he entered the hospital because his health worsened, and there the security guards informed him that they would fix the car.
On September 14, around 02:30, it was found that about 300 thousand drams were missing from the car. On the fact of theft, documents were prepared in the Nor Nork department of the main community police department of the RA MIA Police, which were transferred to the investigation department of the Avan and Nor Nork administrative districts of the Yerevan City Investigation Department of the RA Investigative Committee.
According to the information of the photojournalist, the law enforcement officers also have information that Gevorg G., the administrative head of Geghadir, was also a participant in the quarrel-fight, this information is being clarified.
