Mikhail Gusman was released from the First Deputy Director of the General Director of TASS, the agency reported.
The relevant decree was signed by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
According to Kommersant, Gusman has held this position since October 1999. He started his career in 1995. At first he took the post of Vice President of the Ankom-Tass International Analytical Agency.
He then worked in the field of international cooperation in ITAR-TASS, and in January 1999 he became the Deputy General Director of ITAR-TASS.
