The representative of the US administration will be present at the talks in Istanbul between Russia and Ukraine. The statement came from US Secretary of State Marco Rubion in Antalya's answers on Thursday.
Answering the question about the format of negotiations on Friday, he said that he would meet with "Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan and the Ukrainian delegation" in Istanbul.
