Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro has arrived in Kremlin for negotiations with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Wednesday.
As Russian presidential assistant Yuri Ushakov said earlier, after talks in the Kremlin, it is planned to sign a strategic partnership and cooperation agreement.
Maduro arrived in Moscow on May 7, after the talks, he will stay in Russia to take part in events dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Great Patriotic War. A representative delegation, including government ministers and high-ranking servicemen, arrived in Russia with Maduro.
