The cameras captured the man suspected of organizing the Monaco explosion, Franceinfo radio station reports, referring to the Monaco authorities. "He was captured by cameras in Monaco and the neighboring French community of Beausoleil, where he walked after leaving the explosive device," the message states. In this regard, law enforcement agencies are conducting a thorough analysis of the high-density video captured by cameras in the area.
The radio station reported that investigators are currently examining explosives left behind by the suspect and parts of a backpack, collecting DNA samples at the scene and looking for evidence that could help identify the suspect and his motives.
French authorities have sent police from the Alpes-Maritimes department to Monaco to help with the investigation. However, the French National Anti-Terrorism Prosecutor's Office has not yet accepted the case, as it has not received an application for it from the Monaco authorities.
