The son of the second President of the Republic of Armenia Robert Kocharyan, Sedrak Kochayan, filed a lawsuit against the administrative court against the SRC. "Pastinfo" learned from the trial and the judicial-information system that Sedrak Kocharyan demanded that Sedrak Kocharyan invalidate the SRC decision.
The administrative act refers to Article 169.1 of the Law on Administrative Offenses, violating accounting in violation, when it can cause tax deduction or declaration, not to submit calculation within time.
