The son of the second President of Armenia Robert Kocharyan, Sedrak Kocharyan, has filed a lawsuit against the State Revenue Committee. This was reported by the "Juddex" judicial-information system.
According to the information available in the system, the State Revenue Committee has undergone Sedrak Kocharyan's administrative responsibility, and he has filed a complaint against that act.
Kocharyan's administrative act is under Article 169.1 of the "Administrative Offenses", that is, the accounting (registration) violation, when it can cause a reduction or declaration of taxes within the term.
