The Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF) party will not participate in the snap elections of Gyumri Council of Elders. The ARF Gyumri Committee has issued a statement that the ARF Dashnaktsutyun will monitor the elections through its representatives through its representatives to ensure a fair and transparent process.
"On March 30, the elections to the Council of Elders in Gyumri are held in the conditions of the ongoing political crisis in Armenia and the current challenges.
