On March 20, 2024, Angin Ghukasyan applied to the Civil Court of First Instance of Yerevan. The lawsuit is against prose writer, publicist, two dozen books on Bakur Karapetyan, honor of damage caused to dignity.

Karapetyan was the founder of the Shushi Charitable Foundation, an honorary doctor of philological sciences, which has awarded the All-Armenian Academy of Sciences of the US Science.

The lawsuit was first adopted in the proceedings of Judge Vahagn Torosyan, then Judge E. Malyan's proceedings.

2024 On August 6, plaintiff Ghukasyan has a motion to change the subject of the lawsuit, which the court is satisfied on December 12, noting that unless the responsibility of proving is not distributed, there are no grounds to reject.
