"Will the paramilitary leader be able to de-Nazify Armenia, Armenian history school teachers will decide."
Will he be able to demilitarize Armenia, will be decided by the General Staff of the Armed Forces.
Will he be able to dislodge the Artsakh element from Armenia as well, the exiled Artsakh residents will decide.
Will it be possible to hand over new villages from Tavush and Ararat? The residents of those villages will decide.
Collectively, all of Aliyev's demands are implemented indirectly by the Armenian people. As long as every one of the hundreds of thousands, even in the conditions of the crisis of the opposition elites, does not feel individual responsibility for his inaction and or for serving the regime in any way, the paramilitary leader will surrender everything.
