MSU fined gas stations operating in Yerevan and in Ararat, Kotayk, Vayots Dzor marzes for selling gasoline that does not meet the requirements.
This is reported by the Moscow State University. and 60,077,000 drams, 36,774,000 drams, respectively AMD 49,326,000, AMD 1,344,000, AMD 66,242,000 and a fine of AMD 6,659,000 for selling a product that does not meet the requirements for automobile gasoline.
In the framework of the initiated proceedings, it was specifically found out that belonging to "EDO-SARUKH" company, Kotayk marz, Zovuni 1, 239 and Ararat marz, Avshar, M. Khorenatsi 94, "FATHER AND SON HAROYANNER" company, Kotayk marz, Jraber, Yerevan- Land No. 25 of Sevan highway, belonging to "GAS-PROPANE" company, c. Yerevan, Hasratyan 29/2, Shahumyan 16 St., 162/2 and Tbilisi St. 13/1, owned by "EDGAR OIL" company: Kotayk marz, Proshyan, Gevorg Chaush 13, owned by "TIG GROUP OIL" company: Vayots Dzor marz, Areni, c. Arpi, Yerevanyan str. 21/4 and owned by Karen Fambukyan. In the gas stations located at Hasratyan 9, 2 and Chaushi 2 addresses, Yerevan, Ajapnyak District, a product that does not meet the requirements for gasoline of this brand is sold.
At the same time, the commission imposed a fine of 100,266,000 drams, 36,774,000 drams, 15,019,000 drams and 4,461,000 drams respectively to "VIOLETA", "HAIR AND SON HAROYANNER", "EDO-SARUKH" and "GAZ-PROPANE" LLCs. in relation to the sale of gasoline for not submitting the requested information within the framework of the initiated proceedings.
In addition, a fine of 15,019,000 drams was imposed on "EDO-SARUKH" LLC within the framework of the proceedings initiated in relation to the sale of gasoline, for obstructing the exercise of the commission's powers and the fulfillment of the rights and duties of the commission's employee, as provided by the law," informs the MSU.
