On November 7, at 17:33, the Ministry of Internal Affairs Police Operational Management Center received a report that there was a stabbed citizen on Baghramyan Avenue in Yerevan.
The emergency medical team transported the 29-year-old young man with cut and stab wounds to the hospital.
The officers of the Criminal Police Department of the Yerevan Criminal Division of the Ministry of Internal Affairs clarified that the incident took place on Lemkin Street.
On November 8, the young man died in the hospital.
As a result of urgent operational and investigative measures, Yerevan criminal police found the suspect in the stabbing, born in 2001. He was arrested.
The arrested person is registered in a psychiatric institution. According to preliminary information, he and the victim did not know each other and had never met before the incident.
The compiled documents have been sent to the Arabkir Administrative District Investigation Department. The circumstances of the incident are being clarified.
