The Football Federation of Armenia still owes hundreds of millions of drams to Ruben Hayrapetyan and the federation wants to use state resources to avoid paying off its debts.
Lawyer Amram Makinyan announced this during a press conference.
"In general, in the course of my practice, I have become acquainted with hundreds of criminal cases and I have not seen such a criminal case, where the investigator, instead of going after the main object of proof, left things and the case and started to make the person's activity a subject of discussion within the framework of the criminal case," he noted.
The lawyer reminded that this case was initiated in December 2019.
"When we got acquainted with the materials of the case, we realized that the police of that time had been preparing materials for months since October. Lawyers know very well that it is not possible to prepare materials continuously, it is a gross violation of the Code of Criminal Procedure and we will talk about it in the court in the near future", he noted.
