Lawyers consider this a violation of the law by the country's prime minister, who is obliged not only to guarantee the observance of the law, but also to serve as an example to the citizens with his actions.
In the comments of the lawyers, there is the following emphasis that Pashinyan's illegitimate wife has no right to embezzle the RA budget, to allow herself pleasures, trips, to use official cars, because she does not have a status with the ZAGS, and she cannot have a residence in the government building.

"The family legislation of the Republic of Armenia stipulates only the registered marriage, that is, any other type of marriage cannot be considered a marriage according to the legislation of the Republic of Armenia. There is no marriage, there is no duty. Anna Hakobyan should not have filled out a declaration," said Sargsyan.
According to him, if the law stipulates that the wife of an official can go on business trips, have an official car or any other duty, in this case there are no such consequences.
"If the prime minister's wife has any rights or responsibilities as the prime minister's wife, including an official car, in this case Hakobyan has no responsibility, because they do not have a registered marriage," the lawyer said.
