Gaza authorities have reported a lack of humanitarian aid since the ceasefire

Residents of the Gaza Strip continue to be in dire need of humanitarian aid. since the cease-fire came into force, less than 40% of the agreed volume of humanitarian supplies has arrived in the enclave, the press service of the government of the Gaza Strip reports.

According to a message published on his Telegram channel, "Only 13,511 of the 36,000 trucks agreed upon during the 60 days of the ceasefire entered the sector, that is, an average of only 226 vehicles per day out of the required 600."

Thus, "no more than 38%" of the agreed aid volume reached Gaza, as a result of which the Palestinian enclave continues to lack food, medicine and drinking water.

The situation with fuel is particularly difficult. Due to the lack of fuel, the operations of hospitals, bakeries, water treatment plants and sewage treatment plants were practically paralyzed.
