Unstable sleep increases the risk of cirrhosis of the liver, gavena and diabetes. Hds

Scientists from the Chinese Army Medical University have found out:
The violation of sleeping mode can significantly increase the risk of more than 170 diseases. The results of the large-scale research were published in the Health Data Science (HDS) magazine.

The study was used by 90,000 people in UK Biobank. The participants have been wearing anxelometers for several years, which have registered their sleeping, its stability, the frequency of nightly awakens and deviations from regular schedule. This approach has allowed scientists to get a more accurate picture than traditional inquiries.

According to the received data, an unstable sleep can increase the risk of such diseases, such as second type diabetes, Parkinson's disease, liver cirrhosis, gravena and acute kidneys. For example, people who sleep after 00:30, the risk of liver cirrhosis is 2.5 times higher than those who sleep near at 23:00. Sleep rhythm disorders increase the likelihood of gangrene more than twice.

Almost half of all discovered connections refers to the broken sleep schedule. This sphere has not been enough for the past due to lack of objective data. Additional analysis has shown that people with sleep disorders have more often the signs of inflammation, in particular, leukocytes and C-reactive protein in the blood.
