Economist Suren Persian writes:
"For the first time in the financial history of Armenia, Eurobonds (Eurobonds) were released in 2013 - $ 500 million, and this amount was mainly reduced by the Russian interstate debt. Later, these authorities also released Eurobonds several times to close the previous bonds and to take additional debt.
It is noteworthy that the previous bonds were lower than in March 5, 2025, 7.1%.
Despite the high interest rates, the unresponsive, the incompetent authorities are trying to increase the government debt through the differences, which should be spent on specific purposes and bonds.
