Russia has made another change in its nuclear doctrine. Unlike the previous version, where Russia reserved the right to use nuclear weapons when the state's existence is in extreme danger, now if there is a threat to sovereignty or territorial integrity.
In our times, even a country like Russia is not sure about its sovereignty and territorial integrity, what can we say about others.
This already opens up new opportunities for other countries that will try to create nuclear weapons. Ukraine and Iran are the first candidates, Turkey, Japan, Egypt, Saudi Arabia are next.
Maybe the time has come for us to think about it too, if the existing misunderstanding does not close the nuclear power plant."
