Hraparak.amwrites:
For three years, starting in 2022, the former commander of the Artsakh Defense Army, Lieutenant General Mikael Arzumanyan, known as Mishko, was detained. On October 28, 2025, the prison sentence was replaced with house arrest and a bail of 30 million drams. According to "Hraparak"after more than 10 months of being under house arrest, the court recently changed Arzumanyan's preventive measure to administrative supervision. This means that he is now free, but must report to the Probation Service once a week to be under supervision.
Earlier, the media outlet wrote that the defense filed motions to replace house arrest with other preventive measures that do not restrict freedom, but they were rejected.
