The officers of the Crimes Against Humanity Division of the Yerevan City Department of the Criminal Police received operational information that on August 19, at around 11:30 p.m., an incident occurred between drivers on Yervand Kochar Street in the capital. The Ministry of Internal Affairs reported this
"According to the information, the driver of the Mercedes, at the slightest opportunity to give a horn, violated traffic rules, overtook and blocked the road of a Kia car with his car. Then, showing an open disrespectful attitude towards the public, the driver of the Mercedes and his passenger violently pulled the driver of the Kia out of the car, shouted insults, and struck him. A criminal case has been initiated in the investigative department of the Kentron and Nork-Marash administrative districts.
